Despite the torrential rain, despite the game’s Italian national football team, Cohiba Robusto Cigar Night was an evening of fun, light-heartedness and good living. On the other hand we are always MB Elite Rome Cigar Club, wonder why?!?
New friends have been added to the aficionados of all time and they are settled immediately. New friends went to the fantastic world of Habanos.
It ‘s true, we were not numerous, but the laughter that we made are priceless.
The Cohiba Robusto was the perfect companion for the evening and got married very well with rum, single malt and chocolate chips kindly provided by the staff of the roof garden of the Savoy hotel, which always welcomes us warmly, making us feel at home in it’s beautiful location.
At the end of the evening was added Aldo, manager of the restaurant, which just adds joy to the group. One of the few non-cigar smokers admitted to the group.
Best wishes to all participants in the evening. To those who remained at home in front of the television I just say that smoking a Cuban cigar in good company makes you alive. It makes you appreciate life. Think about it next time.

Nonostante la pioggia torrenziale, nonostante la partita della nazionale di calcio, Cohiba Robusto Cigar Night è stata una serata all’insegna del divertimento, della spensieratezza e del buon vivere. D’altronde siamo sempre MB Elite Rome Cigar Club, perché stupirci?!?
Nuovi amici si sono aggiunti agli aficionados di sempre e si sono ambientati immediatamente. Nuovi amici si sono avvicinati al fantastico mondo degli habanos.
E’ vero, non eravamo numerosi, ma le risate che ci siamo fatti non hanno prezzo. Il Cohiba Robusto è stato il compagno ideale della serata e si è sposato benissimo con il rum, il single malt e le scaglie di cioccolato gentilmente offerte dallo staff del roof garden del Savoy, che sempre ci ospita calorosamente facendoci sentire a casa nella sua splendida cornice.
A fine serata si è aggiunto Aldo, manager del ristorante, che apporta ulteriore allegria al gruppo. Uno dei pochi non fumatori di sigari ammesso al gruppo.
Un caro saluto a tutti i partecipanti alla serata . A chi invece è rimasto a casa davanti alla televisione dico che fumare un sigaro cubano in ottima compagnia ti rende vivo. Ti fa apprezzare la vita. Pensaci la prossima volta.
